Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. the complimentary cookies and water were a sweet touch, especially the nut-free cookie they provided for my daughter with allergies. Despite a hiccup with our initial room, the hotel quickly accommodated us in a different room without any hassle. The warm hospitality extended beyond the front desk, as the staff at Columbo's Restaurant served delicious modern American cuisine with a Southern twist. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, featuring luxurious amenities like a pampering bath, high-definition flat-screen TV, and complimentary high-speed internet access. the overall ambiance of the hotel was inviting, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. In conclusion, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Columbia provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience during my visit to the area. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and overall pleasant atmosphere.
